All parish and school affiliated websites must follow the following guidelines. 1. No photos of minors will be included unless there is a Website Permission Form on file - a consent form signed by parent/guardian to allow photos to be posted to the web. 2. No first or last names of any minors will be posted to the web. 3. Any bulletins or newsletters that can be downloaded from our sites need to be stripped of minors’ names, minors’ photos (unless permission form on file), adult names included on prayer lists for the sick, and adult names where they have requested removal (ex. liturgical minister list). 4. Any new websites must be approved by Pastor and Business Manager. 5. Links will be made to affiliated sites from our main parish website. Affiliated sites must also provide a link back to our main parish website – holyfamilygrandblanc.catholicweb.com 6. All websites need to be diligent in removing old information and keeping our sites current. 7. Affiliated sites must provide the parish with a list of their site administrators and their contact information. As these change, the parish needs to be informed.
