Social Ministry

The  Social Ministry Commission coordinates and directs parish efforts in Christian service by informing parishioners of opportunities to reach out to those in need in our parish, in our community and in the world.  Our direction comes from Christ himself, who has challenged us to feed the hungry, clothe the naked, welcome the stranger, and visit the sick.  The task of the Social Ministry Commission is to implement these corporal works of mercy.

Deacon Jack Daunt works closely with the Social Ministry Commission.  Programs and ways to participate in the Social Ministry efforts are listed at How To Get Involved and Respect Life.

For more information on Social Ministry programs, contact Deacon Jack Daunt at (810) 694-3080 or email [email protected].
